Kim Reynolds hosts second 'Fair-Side Chat' with North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum

Gov. Kim Reynolds started Friday's "Fair-Side Chats" with fellow governor Doug Burgum. Burgum said, if elected, he would cut the number of federal employees and return those workers to the private sector.
