A Fairfield teen who pleaded guilty to killing his teacher wants his sentencing delayed. But the prosecution says it needs to happen as soon as possible. Back in April, Jeremy Goodale pleaded guilty to first-degree murder in the death of Nohema Graber.His sentencing is scheduled for August. Goodale's lawyers want it pushed back until October because a psychiatrist, who is set to testify at the hearing, isn't available until then. But prosecutors say Graber's ex-husband, Paul Graber, wants to make a victim impact statement at the hearing. He's facing a terminal illness. They say it's unclear if he will survive until October.A judge set a hearing on the matter for next month.
