Des Moines police are investigating a Saturday evening shooting that left one man hurt.The shooting happened around 6:15 p.m., at an apartment building in the 2200 block of University Avenue, just east of Drake University.Police said the victim was taken to the hospital to be treated for his injuries. They did not provide any information about whether a suspect was in custody, but said there is "no ongoing threat" and that the scene is secure.
