UnityPoint Health has announced plans to build its sixth clinic in Waukee. The UnityPoint Health Medical Park will be built near the intersection of Grand Prairie Parkway and South East Tallgrass Lane.The clinic will offer family medicine and specialty services like cardiology, neurology, and surgery. The facility is anticipated to open for patients by spring 2024.
